PIZZA:
My roommate and I decided to go all out the other night and experiment making our first gluten free pizza. We cheated and used a box of "Gluten-Free-Pantry French Bread and Pizza Mix" to make the crust. Then garbaged it up. :-)RESULTS: Delish! The crust tasted different, but wasn't unloveable. It was a little thicker than I prefer, but next time we will get it pro. Also, my pinneapple huntch was delectable so we ended up plastering both pizza's with fruity goodness.
COOKIES:
We also made gluten free chocolate chip cookies for the first time the other day. Again, we cheated and used "Pamela's Chocolate Chunk Cookies Mix"
Not going to lie, when the dough looked like Gook, (that slimy stuff we all played with as kids), I was totally turned off. On the upside, there was no need to tempt ourselves with raw eggs. :-)
RESULTS: Surprisingly enough these little buggers are pretty good. I've had better, but these quenched the craving.....for now. :-)
